Welcome to A & J Firearms and Training. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and expectations for using our website, requesting services, booking firearms training classes, reserving outdoor shooting range time, and submitting tournament or event registration requests.

By using this website, submitting a form, making a payment, requesting a reservation, or participating in any A & J Firearms and Training service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any safety rules, range rules, class requirements, or event instructions provided by A&J Training.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website, submit a booking request, or participate in our services.

• Outdoor shooting range reservations

• Range safety instruction

• Tournament or event registration requests

Services may vary based on availability, instructor schedules, weather, event requirements, safety conditions, and business operations.

3. Booking Requests and Confirmations

Submitting a booking form, reservation request, class request, tournament request, or event registration form does not automatically guarantee approval or confirmation.

A booking, class, range reservation, tournament entry, or event registration is only considered confirmed once A & J Firearms and Training has reviewed the request and provided confirmation by email, phone, text, or another approved communication method.

A & J Firearms and Training may contact you to confirm details, request additional information, provide safety instructions, collect payment, or explain requirements before your booking is finalized.

4. Range Reservations and Class Participation

All participants must follow A & J Firearms and Training’s range rules, instructor directions, safety procedures, and any requirements provided before or during a class, range reservation, tournament, or event.

Participants may be required to:

• Arrive on time

• Bring required equipment

• Wear appropriate eye and ear protection

• Follow all firearm safety rules

• Complete required forms or waivers

• Provide accurate contact and participant information

• Follow instructor or range officer instructions at all times

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the class, range, tournament, or event without refund.

5. Safety Rules and Compliance

Safety is the highest priority at A & J Firearms and Training.

All customers, participants, guests, spectators, and visitors must follow all applicable safety rules, posted range rules, verbal instructions, written instructions, and all local, state, and federal laws.

A & J Firearms and Training may stop, delay, reschedule, or cancel any activity if we believe there is a safety concern, unsafe behavior, weather risk, equipment issue, compliance concern, or other condition that may affect the safety of participants, staff, or the public.

6. Age Requirements and Eligibility

Participants must meet all applicable age, legal, and eligibility requirements for the specific class, range reservation, tournament, or event.

Some services may have minimum age requirements, require adult supervision, or require additional approval before participation. A parent or legal guardian may be required for minors where allowed by law and by A & J Firearms and Training policy.

A & J Firearms and Training reserves the right to request identification, confirm eligibility, or refuse participation if a participant does not meet the requirements for a service.

Customers are responsible for making sure they are legally allowed to handle, possess, transport, or use firearms and related equipment.

7. Right to Refuse Service

A & J Firearms and Training reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation, cancel a booking, remove a participant, or stop an activity for safety, legal, compliance, behavioral, operational, or business reasons.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Unsafe firearm handling

• Failure to follow instructor or range officer instructions

• Disruptive, aggressive, intoxicated, impaired, or unsafe behavior

• Providing false or incomplete information

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

• Violation of range rules

• Violation of applicable laws or policies

• Any condition that may create a safety or compliance risk
   

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow all safety rules and instructions

• Arrive on time for confirmed bookings

• Notify A & J Firearms and Training if you need to cancel or reschedule

• Use the website only for lawful purposes

• Not submit false, misleading, or harmful information

You are responsible for your own conduct, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Payments and Booking Fees

Certain classes, range reservations, tournaments, events, or services may require payment, deposit, or booking fees.

Payments may be processed through WIX Payments or another third-party payment provider. A & J Firearms and Training does not control the full payment processing system and is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party payment platforms.

Prices, fees, deposits, and availability may change at any time unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

10. Cancellations and No-Shows

Refunds for booking services are allowed only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows will not be refunded.

Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be offered when possible, subject to availability and approval by A & J Firearms and Training.

11. Tournament and Event Registration Terms

Tournament and event registration requests may be subject to additional rules, deadlines, safety requirements, eligibility requirements, payment terms, equipment requirements, and cancellation terms.

Submitting a tournament or event request does not guarantee entry unless confirmed by A & J Firearms andTraining.

A & J Firearms and Training may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel tournaments or events due to weather, safety concerns, low participation, operational needs, or other circumstances.

Refund terms for tournaments or events may vary based on the specific event rules, unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Firearms training, shooting range activities, tournaments, and related services involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that these activities may involve risk of injury, property damage, or other harm.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, A & J Firearms and Training, its owners, staff, instructors, contractors, representatives, and affiliates are not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, claims, or expenses arising from your failure to follow safety rules, instructor directions, applicable laws, or proper firearm handling procedures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to Services or Policies

A & J Firearms and Training may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any website content, service, class, reservation option, event, price, policy, or procedure at any time.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
