This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and rescheduling requests are handled for A & J Firearms and Training services, including firearms training classes, outdoor shooting range reservations, booking requests, and tournament or event registration requests.

By booking, requesting, registering for, or paying for a service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Booking Service Refunds

Refunds for booking services are allowed only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time.

This applies to eligible booking services such as firearms training classes, range reservations, and other scheduled services unless a different written policy is provided for a specific service, tournament, or event.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact A & J Firearms and Training at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, range reservation, booking, or service.

Cancellation requests should be sent to:

  • Your full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address used for the booking

  • Date and time of the booking

  • Type of service booked

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Payment confirmation or booking confirmation, if available
     

3. No-Show Policy

No-shows will not be refunded.

A no-show occurs when a customer or participant does not arrive for a confirmed booking, class, range reservation, tournament, or event and does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows may also result in the loss of any deposit, booking fee, registration fee, or prepaid amount connected to the scheduled service.

4. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are considered late cancellations.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. A & J Firearms and Training may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling options when possible, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

5. Rescheduling Options

A & J Firearms and Training may allow customers to reschedule a class, range reservation, or booking when notice is provided in advance and availability allows.

Rescheduling is subject to:

  • Instructor availability

  • Range availability

  • Class capacity

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety conditions

  • Event schedules

  • Business approval

If rescheduling is approved, the original payment may be applied to the new date and time. Additional fees may apply if the new service, class, or event has a different price.

6. Tournament or Event Registration Refund Terms

Tournament and event registration refunds may be subject to the specific rules, deadlines, and requirements for that tournament or event.

Some tournament or event fees may be non-refundable after a certain deadline, once materials have been prepared, once registration closes, or once event planning costs have been incurred.

If a tournament or event is canceled by A & J Firearms and Training, we may offer a refund, credit, rescheduled date, or other resolution depending on the event circumstances.

If a tournament or event is postponed or rescheduled, registration may be transferred to the new date when available.

7. Weather, Safety, or Operational Cancellations

Because A & J Firearms and Training operates outdoor shooting range services, bookings may be affected by weather, safety concerns, range conditions, instructor availability, or operational issues.

If A & J Firearms and Training needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service for safety, weather, or operational reasons, we will contact affected customers with available options. These options may include rescheduling, credit toward a future service, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the timing of the cancellation, type of service, payment status, event rules, and this Refund Policy.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on WIX Payments, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for approved refunds to appear, although timing may vary.

A & J Fiearms & Training is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment processors.
